I based the marinade off of this recipe from food network but nixed the chili peppers and lemongrass- I just used lemon juice instead.
The mixture included a table spoon on soy sauce, a tsp of lemon juice, a tsp of cooking red wine, a little bit of white wine vinegar, a tiny drop of oyster sauce, salt, pepper, sauteed garlic and onions. Voila!
Ate the steak with Asian-style scrambled eggs, tomatoes and peas, and some brown rice.
